Queens Royal Privacy Policy

Last Updated: May 8, 2026

IQGames LLC ("we," "our," or "us") publishes Queens Royal as a free, ad-supported game. This Privacy Policy explains what data we and our service providers collect when you use Queens Royal (the "Game"), how that data is used, and the choices you have.

By installing or using the Game, you agree to this Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in our Queens Royal Terms & Conditions.

Data We and Our Service Providers Process

Queens Royal does not require you to create an account, and we do not run a backend that stores player data. Data is processed by third-party SDKs embedded in the Game for advertising, analytics, and consent management. The categories below summarize what those SDKs receive on our behalf.

  • Device and app information — device model, operating system version, app version, language, country, time zone, coarse network information.
  • Advertising identifiers — Apple's IDFA (when you grant App Tracking Transparency consent) or Google's Advertising ID (GAID), where the OS makes it available.
  • Approximate location — derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location.
  • Gameplay events — non-personal events such as level reached, session length, and feature interactions, used to understand how the Game performs and to improve it.
  • Ad interaction data — ad impressions, clicks, and similar signals collected by Google AdMob and its mediation partners.
  • Crash and diagnostic logs — collected at the platform level by Apple and Google, not by an in-app SDK.

We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, photos, microphone or camera input from within the Game.

Third-Party Service Providers

The Game integrates the SDKs below. Each provider's own privacy policy describes how it processes data it receives. Where there is a discrepancy between this list and the disclosures we make in Apple's App Privacy Details (App Store Connect) or Google's Data Safety form (Play Console), the store-side declarations are authoritative.

AdMob Mediation Partners

When AdMob serves ads through mediation, the following partners may receive a request and, depending on your consent, an advertising identifier and contextual signals. The current, authoritative list of ad technology providers used in the Game is presented in the in-app consent dialog (Google UMP); the list below is provided for reference and may lag the in-app list:

Attribution

  • Apple SKAdNetwork — Apple's privacy-preserving attribution framework. We receive aggregated, anonymized install reports and do not receive user-level identifiers.

Platform Services

  • Apple App Store and Google Play handle distribution, in-app purchases (where applicable), and platform-level crash logs.

Advertising Identifiers and Consent

iOS (App Tracking Transparency): When required, the Game presents Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you allow tracking, your IDFA is shared with our ad partners for personalized advertising. If you decline, only Apple's privacy-preserving SKAdNetwork attribution is used and ads will not be personalized using IDFA. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Android (Google Advertising ID): Where supported, GAID may be used for personalized advertising subject to your settings. You can reset or opt out via Settings → Google → Ads. Google is gradually phasing GAID out in favor of the Privacy Sandbox; we will update our practices as that transition progresses.

Consent flow (Google UMP): Users in the EU, EEA, UK, and Switzerland see a Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF v2.2) prompt before personalized ads are loaded. California residents are presented with a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link integrated into the same flow. Your consent choices are propagated to all integrated mediation partners via Google's consent-mode signals.

How We Use the Data

  • To serve and measure ads (the Game is ad-supported).
  • To understand aggregate usage and improve the Game.
  • To diagnose crashes and stability issues.
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not combine the data we receive with profiles of you maintained by third parties. We do not run our own user database for Queens Royal.

Legal Bases for Processing (EU/EEA/UK Users)

We rely on the following legal bases under Article 6 of the GDPR / UK GDPR:

  • Consent — for advertising identifiers, personalized advertising, and analytics that rely on consent. Captured via the UMP prompt.
  • Legitimate interests — for non-personalized advertising, fraud prevention, and basic operational analytics where consent is not required.
  • Legal obligation — where required by applicable law.

You can withdraw consent at any time by re-opening the consent dialog inside the Game's settings or by adjusting your OS-level tracking controls.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights:

  • GDPR / UK GDPR (Articles 15–21): access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and the right to withdraw consent.
  • CCPA / CPRA (California): know, delete, correct, and limit sensitive data use. Because some advertising identifiers may be shared with mediation partners for cross-context behavioral advertising, this constitutes "sharing" under the CPRA. You can opt out by:
    • declining the App Tracking Transparency prompt (iOS) or opting out of personalized ads at the OS level (Android), and
    • selecting "Do Not Sell or Share" in the in-app consent dialog or emailing us at the address below.
  • Right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (EU/EEA/UK residents).

We do not offer any financial incentive in exchange for personal information. Exercising these rights will not result in any reduction in service quality.

To make a request, email contact@iqgames.fun. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

Data Retention

  • Analytics events (Firebase): per the retention configured in our Firebase project — Firebase's default is 2 months for event-level data and 14 months for user-property data.
  • Ad-mediation request and impression logs: retained per each partner's policy (see links above).
  • SKAdNetwork postbacks: aggregated and anonymized per Apple's framework; no user-level identifier is retained.
  • We do not maintain our own backend storage of player data for Queens Royal.

International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States. Many of our service providers operate in or transfer data to the United States and other jurisdictions. Where required, transfers from the EU/EEA/UK rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism implemented by the relevant provider.

Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Queens Royal is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the Game in a way that resulted in such collection, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

Links to Other Sites

The Game may contain links to third-party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please review their policies before sharing information with them.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated in-app, via the App Store or Google Play listing, or by other reasonable means.
